During their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin Mr. Rustam Minnikhanov who serves as the Rais (head) of the Republic of Tatarstan joined forces with Dr. Constantino Chiwenga who holds the position of Vice President of Zimbabwe.
The talks happened during the official opening of Phygital Games of the Future Kazan 2024 by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
