Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has recounted her first encounter with clergyman, Pastor Jerry Eze.
Sharing photos of the latest edition of his NSPPD program in Lagos, she revealed that when she first met him, she immediately perceived the hand of God upon him, and the witness in her spirit was unshakable.
She said that being born again, God granted her discernment, and she knew, beyond noise and popularity, that God had raised a prophet for this generation, sent to preserve, restore, and realign destinies.
Dikeh said she was careful, observed from a distance, and as someone who lived in the entertainment world, she understood systems, stages, and spirits.
According to her, she recognises those God carries, those He has equipped, and commissioned for His work.
Tonto expressed pride in being called his daughter and being disciplined under his grace.
“See what the Lord has done.
Five years ago, when I first encountered Pastor Jerry praying on NSPPD, when the altar was still young. I immediately perceived the hand of God upon him.
The witness in my spirit was unmistakable.
Being born again and firmly rooted in the Word long before I became the Tonto the world came to know, God granted me discernment.
“The spiritual man judges all things” (1 Corinthians 2:15).
I knew, beyond noise and popularity, that God had raised a prophet for this generation sent to preserve, restore, and realign destinies.
I was careful. I observed from a distance.
Truth be told, as one who had lived in the entertainment world, I understood systems, stages, and spirits.
We know those who run with the street, and we recognise those God carries, those He has equipped and commissioned for His work.
Salvation took its process, but grace prevailed.
“He who began a good work is faithful to complete it” (Philippians 1:6).
And today, I stand tall unashamed, grateful, and deeply honoured to identify with a man God has anointed, equipped, and visibly backs to bring peace and alignment across generations.
Papa, I am proud to be called your daughter.
I am proud to be disciplined under your grace.
Yesterday, God’s love and grace spoke with undeniable clarity. Yesterday was not ordinary.
I cannot fully explain it, but “deep calls unto deep” (Psalm 42:7).
If you did not feel God last night… hmmm.
Surely, “this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes” (Psalm 118:23).
Congratulations God
Congratulations Papa @realjerryeze
Congratulations, Nsppd”.
