Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has accused her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of orchestrating allegations that she and her family stole $40,000 from him.

Reports making the rounds claimed that the senator had issued an arrest warrant for Regina Daniels’ and her loved ones.

During a live video session, a relative of the actress identified as Speedy disclosed that she had been invited by the police for questioning over the alleged theft.

Regina subsequently claimed it had been confirmed that Ned was behind the complaint.

The actress further alleged that a warrant had been issued for the arrest of herself and some of her family members in connection with the accusation.

Questioning the claim, Regina stated that Ned does not keep cash at home, casting doubt on how such an amount could have been stolen.

“Ned doesn’t even keep money at home, so which one is we stole $40,000?,” she said.

In the video, Speedy challenged Ned to present video evidence of the alleged theft, noting that there are surveillance cameras in the house.

Regina also maintained that Speedy was not present in the house on the day the theft was said to have occurred.

As tensions rose during the exchange, Regina urged Speedy to remain calm and return indoors with her older brother, Sammy.

“Oya, go inside, go inside. Carry brother Sammy, everybody, go inside,” Regina pleaded.
