In November, Boluwatife had created a buzz online after he announced his music debut with the release of his EP, Champion Arrival.

He shared a video of himself working hard in the studio, backed by his mother, Sola Ogudugu, and his manager.

He released his EP, which hit a new milestone as it debuted at 1 on music platforms, less than 5 hours after release.

According to reports, his EP, is already charting in 16 countries on Apple Music and is 71 on UK Apple Music Top Albums.

This has made him the youngest African artists to top Apple Music Nigeria Top Albums Chart.

In one of his songs, Grinds, he threw shade at his haters. The young lad said they will regret that his father didn’t wear latex, meaning condom.

His famous father, Wizkid, while attending the Knicks Game in New York, was asked about his son’s musical debut, and as expected, the proud father gushed over it.

He noted how Boluwatife is his son and expressed love for the EP.

Expressing pride in her son, Sola said that they did it, as she appreciated everyone who streamed the song.
