In a video that has both amused and surprised many online, Nigerian entertainer and streamer, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller shared a surprising encounter with a police officer who refused to accept a bribe.

According to him, the officer conducted a routine stop and shockingly did not solicit or accept any money, leaving him stunned.

He posted:

“I was genuinely shocked a Nigerian police officer didn’t collect bribe. I didn’t know what to do next “

The rare show of integrity sparked debate across social media, with users applauding the unnamed officer while questioning whether such honesty is becoming more common or still the exception.

One user wrote:

“Na so integrity suppose be. We just no dey used to am again.”
