Social media personality VeryDarkMan has stirred debate after announcing plans to sell an electric bike for ₦700,000, significantly lower than the ₦1.3 million price recently advertised by entrepreneur Blord.
VeryDarkMan said his price includes ₦500,000 for the bike and ₦200,000 for shipping.
He claimed that his electric bike would come with better and higher specifications than Blord’s version.
According to him, the bike will also be available in two different variants, an option he said Blord does not offer.
The announcement has sparked discussions online about pricing, profit margins, and consumer choice.
While the ₦600,000 price difference has raised questions about profit margins, Blord has maintained that his ₦1.3 million electric bike comes with a six-month warranty.
