His video comes days after the Kwara church attack.

The attack occured on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, when gunmen stormed the Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku.

The gunmen opened fire during the evening service, killing three worshippers and wounding several others.

The pastor and a number of congregants were taken into the bush afterward.

According to a church official, 38 congregants were kidnapped and a ransom of 100 million naira per victim was demanded.

Eyewitnesses describe the attackers as bandits who entered from the surrounding bush, fired sporadically, and fled when police and local vigilantes arrived.
