Supertri League launches its 2025 season in Toronto on July 26, marking its first Canadian race.

The event integrates the Toronto Triathlon Festival, uniting Olympians and amateurs in a dynamic urban course.

Supertri League Toronto is set to make history as the Supertri League announces the launch of its 2025 season in Toronto

Scheduled for July 26, 2025, the event will be part of the Toronto Triathlon Festival, now operating under the “By Supertri” brand .

The Toronto Triathlon Festival, established in 2012, has been a staple in the city’s sporting calendar.

The course features a 1.5K swim in the sheltered waters of Ontario Place, a 40K bike ride on closed highways.

So also, is a 10K run along Lake Shore Boulevard and the Gardiner Expressway.

This year, the festival will host a Supertri League professional race, bringing together elite and amateur athletes over the weekend.

They will have professionals competing on Saturday and amateurs on Sunday

Ontario’s Minister of Sport, Neil Lumsden, welcomed the event, stating, “I’m thrilled that Supertri has recognized the many values of hosting such an important international event in Ontario.

“More organizers are choosing our province because they know this is where sport thrives at every level.

“I encourage everyone to come out this summer and see these incredible Olympians and triathletes in action.

“Congratulations to the Toronto Triathlon Festival whose long history has helped bring Supertri to our province” .

The Toronto race will be the first of several Supertri League events in 2025.

With Chicago and Toulouse also announced as part of the season’s calendar
