The BBNaija house is once again in turmoil and this time, it’s not about love triangles or strategy. It’s about cleaning.
A heated argument broke out late last night after several housemates accused the wager-winning team of refusing to participate in house chores, insisting that their win earns them the right to “relax.”
In clips now circulating on YouTube and X, housemates like Imisi and Faith can be seen visibly upset as they confront Rooboy, Thelma and Kola and all members of the winning team, for failing to clean the kitchen and living area.
“So because you won the wager you now think you’re kings and queens?
Nobody is above washing plates,” Imisi fired during the confrontation.
The accused housemates defended themselves, saying they spent the entire week rehearsing for the wager and were “physically and emotionally drained.” However, that explanation didn’t go down well with others who argued that basic hygiene is everyone’s responsibility, win or lose.
At one point, the situation became so intense that Big Brother had to issue a warning over the house speakers, reminding all housemates that everybody is expected to contribute to domestic duties regardless of weekly rewards.
Fans have weighed in online, with many criticising the wager winners for acting “entitled” and “lazy immediately after winning.” Some even joked that this is the “realest fight of the season,” because “nothing exposes character like house chores.”
