Prime Minister Ali Mahamn Lamine Zeine conducted important talks with an Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) delegation at Niamey on February 14th 2025 to improve Niger’s educational system and healthcare delivery.
The scientific branch of the OIC brought their delegation to Niamey under the leadership of its Assistant Secretary-General for Science and Technology Aftab Ahmad Khokher.

He emphasized that member states of the OIC provide scholarship programs to expand educational opportunities for Nigerian students.
