The courtroom drama in Ghana is still going on as the case of the alleged fraud by actor Koo Fori involving $50,000 is put on hold again.

A twist that no one could have anticipated has led to the adjournment of the case by Dansoman Circuit Court, to August 13, 2025.

The prosecutor indicated that the chief investigator of the case is already sick. This led to failure to file important documents in time.

Koo Fori born Samuel Seth Karikari is facing charges of defrauding a U.S based doctor in a land deal.
He is accused of getting full payment yet he only gave part of the property that was promised in Spintex.

Fori has denied the charge and is on GHC 320,000 bail with three sureties.
In court he was seen to be very calm even smiling as he was escorted out by the police.

The judge offered the adjournment to give the prosecution time to overcome and collect all the material needed.

This has been one of the cases that have captured the attention of the audience, as Fori was famous and the sum is big.

The courtroom will once again be the center of attention in August when the proceedings will be resumed.

At least, there is a drama that will go on, at least, at least, until then, off-screen, in court.
