Vlahović Transfer Twist Boosts Man United’s Summer Plans

Grealish Facing Exit? speculation has been going through the roof ever since the England wide man was omitted out of the Man City squad to the Club World Cup and played little this season.

Napoli are said to be interested in acquiring him- either on loan or on a permanent basis- alongside another Brit, Scott McTominay .

Grealish is 29, which means that he makes nearly 300,000 per week, and a direct transfer is not easy without him taking a severe pay cut.

This is the reason why Napoli are gravitating towards a loan with City still paying a percentage of his salary.

Competition over starting positions was also evident as Pep Guardiola publicly urged Grealish to work on his form and get his shape back, in the same breath praising younger talent such as Savinho.

Ex-goalkeeper Ben Foster said Grealish should be set free in another club- implying that his position is caged.

Napoli are not the only ones.

His next move is said to be tracked by Everton, Tottenham, Bayer Leverkusen and even Barca.
