In a decisive weekend for the 2024–25 Ghana Premier League, both Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko achieved significant victories, bolstering their positions in the league standings as the season nears its conclusion.
At the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Asante Kotoko delivered a commanding performance, defeating Dreams FC 4–1.
Kwame Poku led the charge with a brace, while Albert Amoah and Wisdom Bassey each added a goal, ensuring a comprehensive win for the Porcupine Warriors.
