Nigerian hip-hop artist Mr Benson Omo Ologo was recently seen in a distressing state in a video that circulated online.

In the footage, he appeared with a bag covering his head and his trousers slipping as he wandered along the street.

He was chewing something and seemed largely unaware of people calling out to him.

At one point, he reacted to someone greeting him, responding with profanities.

The person filming expressed concern over the singer’s mental health, while another individual urged him to perform, but Mr Benson continued to curse those nearby.

This is not the first time the singer’s struggles have been highlighted.

Last year, fellow artist Portable noticed him wandering around his Odogwu Bar in worn-out clothing and provided him with a fresh outfit.

Portable also revealed that Mr Benson is the brother of Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi and expressed sorrow over his condition.

Back in 2024, Mr Benson’s family had publicly appealed for assistance to support his medical care, and videos showing him in a hospital reportedly restrained later appeared online.
