Nollywood actress Ashabi has shed light on her altercation with her singer baby daddy, Portable.
Portable and Ashabi started the New Year with drama.
The tox!c couple, in a video that made rounds online, were captured in a heated argument, as Ashabi told the singer to kill her.
Portable tells Ashabi his only wife is BewajiIn an Instagram video, Portable claimed that Ashabi came to his house to attack his family.
He claimed that his pregnant wife was beaten mercilessly, and guns were pointed at his children.
He further claimed Ashabi’s mother accused him of using charm on her daughter and questioned why he didn’t buy a car for her.
Speaking up for herself, Ashabi explained that when she and her siblings went to celebrate the New Year with him, he pushed her and slapped her.
She alleged that he brought out an axe and forcefully took all their phones, gave her younger brother a blow in his eye, and slapped her younger sister, which left her seeking safety in his office.
The Yoruba actress said her siblings told her he brought out a calabash and poured water on the floor.
She added that when she came out of his office, he pulled her back and threatened to cut her with the axe.
“When my siblings and I went to celebrate the New Year with you, you pushed me and sl@pped me.
You then brought out an axe and forcefully took all our phones.
You gave my younger brother a blow in his eye; till now, he can’t open the eye.
You sl@pped my younger sister, I had to run to your office and hideMy siblings said you brought out a calabash and poured water on the floor.
When I got out from your office in order to go home, you pulled me back and said you would cut me with the axe”.
Ashabi noted how people are always wondering what she was doing with him since he doesn’t live with her.
She claimed that the singer always cried and begged her not to leave, as he would run m@d.
She questioned how he expects her to dump him with his mental illness since he is the father of her children.
“People are always wondering what I’m still doing with you since you don’t love me.
I wish they knew how you always cry and beg me not to leave you.
You always cry and say you once ran m@d, how do they expect me to dump you with your mental illness after all, you are my kids father”.
Addressing his allegation of beating his wife, she said it was false, as she slammed Bewaji for not clearing it up.
Ashabi said she would prefer to remain a babymama than collect ring in a disrespectful way.
