It is still a mystery as to why Victor Osimhen is holding up the offer of Galatasaray with the deadline fast approaching at €16 million.
The vice-president of Galatasaray, Abdullah Kavukcu, has announced that the club has put an end-of-June deadline.
The striker has not reacted although the club has been offering him better conditions than other clubs in Europe.
The Turkish side is becoming increasingly impatient and drawing contingency plans in the event the deal does not go through.
They had earlier on turned down Saudi interest as they do not think that the striker would want to leave European football.
Juventus and other clubs are reported as keeping a close eye on the situation.
Kavukcu said to the Turkish source Fanatik that he makes us wait although we offer him a lot.
Galatasaray has been keen to make some major signings ahead of the preseason which starts in early July.
They have just signed Bayern Leroy San in the squad, which demonstrates their ambitions.
This transfer saga might redefine Galatasaray attack and their European campaign in the coming season.
The fans are now waiting to see whether the striker will take the offer- or not.
The decision is likely to be taken in days, but the postponement has already led to heated speculation.
