Former BBNaija winner and media personality, Phyna has made an emotional appeal for her sister, Ruth Otabor, to be flown abroad for medical treatment following the tragic accident that left her with an amputated leg.

Ruth’s life changed drastically after she was hit by a Dangote truck, an incident that has since drawn public outrage.

The accident caused severe injuries, ultimately leading to the amputation of her leg. Talks are reportedly ongoing with the Dangote Group, as the family seeks accountability and support for Ruth’s recovery.

Phyna, visibly shaken by her sister’s ordeal, emphasized that proper medical care abroad could significantly improve Ruth’s condition. “She deserves the best treatment to live a fuller life,” she noted, appealing for urgent assistance.

Fans have since flooded social media with prayers and words of encouragement, expressing hope that Phyna’s request will be granted.

Many also called on the Dangote Group to step up and ensure the victim receives not only compensation but also the best possible healthcare.

The heartbreaking situation has amplified discussions on road safety, corporate responsibility, and victim care in Nigeria, with many demanding stricter regulations for heavy-duty truck operations.

For now, all eyes remain on whether Phyna’s plea will lead to her sister receiving the much-needed treatment abroad.
