This year, 2025, is undoubtedly the best year for Nollywood actor Ibrahim Yekini, better known as Itele, as he continues to shatter records with his movie.
The Yoruba actor, via his Instagram page, had reacted to the news that his YouTube movie, Koleoso, was making history in Nigeria’s 2025 most searched series.
The movie competes with the likes of Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’ and ‘Squid Game’.

Stating that this is only the beginning, he appreciated the cast and crew, as well as the viewers, noting that this is a win for all. Itele made it known that he is truly humbled and deeply grateful.

A week back, Itele was ranked among the Top 10 YouTube creators in Nigeria. He expressed gratitude for the love, support, and the journey so far.
He appreciated his Koleoso family for believing in him, standing strong and for pushing the vision.
In an interview earlier this year, Itele opened up on his pre-fame struggles, revealing he faced challenges that almost took his life.
He recounted how he would sell jewellery at Bauchi village and credited one Papa T for helping him out, expressing gratitude to Femi Adebayo, who he stated had made a great impact in his life.
