Residents of Warri have issued a public video warning to social critic Very Dark Man (VDM) to stay out of the region following his mid-flight fight with local figure Mr. Jollof.
The residents commended Mr. Jollof for defending the “Warri pikin,” warning VDM that he risks being stripped of his clothes if he visits the area.
They concluded by affirming their pride in Mr. Jollof’s conduct during the altercation.

In a video circulating online, men from Warri criticized VDM over the fight and commended Mr. Jollof for defending himself and the region’s honor.
They warned VDM of severe consequences if he attempts to visit.
Their explicit warning included:
“If we see you for warri we go naked am.”
They accused VDM of disrespecting their “pikin” (child) and disowned him:
“Verydarkman we been like you before but now we don discharge you from our group.
As na Warri pikin you follow dey do nonsense for plane abi. We no wan see you for Warri! Jollof no be anyhow person.”
They also issued a message to Mr. Jollof, acknowledging his actions:
“Jollof thank God say you carry Warri up, if say you fall our hand you no go enter area again…””If we see you in Warri Delta state, we will strip you n@ked”
