President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi honored Egyptian women and ideal mothers, emphasizing their pivotal societal roles and announcing initiatives to further women’s empowerment in Egypt.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, accompanied by First Lady Intisar El-Sisi, participated in a ceremony honoring Egyptian women and ideal mothers.

The event celebrated the invaluable contributions of women to society and underscored the nation’s commitment to their empowerment.


The event invited President El-Sisi to honor Palestinian mothers through praise of their unwavering spirit despite tough circumstances.

A presidential pardon from the President extended to all debtors including both men and women who were detained in reform and rehabilitation centers.

This family reunion move prior to Ramadan showed the government’s dedication to social unity and support for people in vulnerable situations.

The President El-Sisi stated through his speech how the government plans to improve women’s legal rights along with their opportunities.

The president stressed that women hold a central position in Egypt’s growth and he encouraged their involvement throughout national development sectors.

President El-Sisi together with his wife conveyed national acknowledgement by awarding honors to the celebrated mothers at the event’s final stage.
