Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi, has opened up about a painful experience she endured shortly before joining the reality show, revealing that she lost her baby just weeks before auditioning.

Speaking in a recent interview on TVC Entertainment, the reality star shared that the tragedy occurred less than a month before she attended the BBNaija auditions.

She described the loss as one of the most difficult moments of her life, noting that it shaped her emotional journey on the show.

According to her, the incident which occured in April had been so hurtful to her emotionally that she didn’t want to talk about it.

She said …

“I lost my baby this year April. It’s not even a month before I auditioned for Big Brother. The whole thing was so overwhelming. I do not want to talk about it.

Before entering the Big Brother house, Imisi also disclosed that she had broken up with her ex-boyfriend, Hakeem, adding that the series of personal challenges she faced made her even more determined to succeed.

It would be recalled also that Imisi emerged as the winner of the 2025 edition of BBNaija on October 5, taking home an ₦80 million cash prize and a brand-new SUV.
