In a rare interview, Kizz Daniel said he didn’t turn to friends—instead, he rang his dad.

“My dad is my best friend… I was a nerd, bookworm… he laughed from start to finish.”

He graduated in Water Engineering with an impressive 4.32 GPA before launching his music career. His father not only supported his song selections, but also funded his first studio session.

Kizz Daniel said his dad never judged him. Their bond remained unshakeable until his passing in 2015.

The star also touches on how fatherhood changed him. He now chooses family focus over luxury, replacing flashy sports cars with practical SUVs.
