Davido’s album certification has reached silver status in the United Kingdom. The British Phonographic Industry (BPI) confirmed “Timeless” sold over 60,000 units.

This Davido’s album certification marks his first UK silver award. The achievement comes five months after the album’s release in March 2025.

The BPI awards certifications at:

  • Silver (60,000 units)
  • Gold (100,000)
  • Platinum (300,000)

Davido thanked fans on Instagram: “This is just the beginning.”
The album’s success includes:

  • 250 million Spotify streams
  • 3 BET Award nominations
  • 12 weeks on Billboard World Albums chart

Rival artist Burna Boy previously achieved UK gold with “Love, Damini.” Davido’s latest feat intensifies the healthy Afrobeats competition.
This shows Afrobeats’ growing global dominance.
The genre now accounts for 3% of UK music consumption.

With Davido’s album certification milestone, attention turns to upcoming tours. The singer announces European dates starting October in London.
