” I’m HIV‑Negative and I’ll Sue”- the actress made this clear in a recent video, responding firmly to a content creator’s false claim that she is HIV positive.

She confirmed she tested negative years ago and shared the result publicly to promote testing, not fame.

In the video, she expressed disappointment at how unverified rumours can hurt families and reputations. She said the false narrative affected those close to her and vowed, “He will be my scapegoat and serve as a lesson to others.”

Dayo highlighted that she intentionally shared her test result years ago to encourage HIV testing and help break the stigma. She emphasised that her disclosure was not tied to any film or publicity but driven by public health advocacy.

She is now determined to hold the content creator accountable and will pursue legal recourse to serve justice and prevent future misinformation.

Fans and advocacy groups have backed her stance, calling for stricter measures against false health claims and misinformation. Many praised her for using her platform to raise awareness about HIV testing.
