A young graduate has shared a desperate plea for help after her father was reportedly kidnapped while returning to Abuja following her convocation.

One netizen, @Mkhay21 who shared the post on X revealed that the victim is his classmate.Man gets kidnapped

It was gathered that her father was kidnapped after traveling to Ondo for his daughter’s convocation at FUTA.

According to her post, the abductors are demanding a ₦10 million ransom, and she says her father has been tied up and tortured since the incident.

She is urgently appealing for any form of support to help secure his release.

“I’m truly devastated. My dad was kidnapped at Kabba, Kogi on his way back from my convocation.

The kidnappers are demanding a huge sum. I managed to speak with him,he’s being tortured and pleaded with us to act fast.

Please keep my family in your prayers.

Any support is not small”
