Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has disclosed the major red flags that would disqualify a potential romantic partner, citing a lack of friendliness and curiosity.

In a recent interview with American outfit Complex, the “Love Me Jeje” crooner stated that the core essence of a relationship is lost if a partner is unwilling to be friendly or show genuine interest in their spouse.

Tems has revealed the key red flags that immediately disqualify a potential partner, emphasizing that anyone who is not friendly or genuinely curious about their significant other has no business in a relationship.

“My dating terms are someone who is not trying to be your friend is a red flag. Anybody that isn’t curious about you is also a red flag.

Because what are we doing? Why are we here if you don’t want to know me?”

She gave clear advice to her followers:

“If he or she doesn’t want to know more about you, end the relationship.”

Tems admitted that while she is a “lover girl,” she is trying to be careful due to past experiences and is currently prioritizing self-love.
