No Pardon for R.Kelly! That is what Joycelyn Savage family lawyer is saying.

He says that they haven’t heard from their daughter since a short telephone call in 2019.
He says that she is still under the influence of R. Kelly.

The lawyer cautions that giving a pardon will be a disregard to the disappearance of Joycelyn.
He emphasizes that Kelly has not accepted responsibility and he deserves to serve the full 31 years sentence.

The legal team of Kelly is pressuring former President Trump to grant him clemency.

However, the lawyer of the family says that such a move overlooks the fact that the status of Joycelyn Savage is not resolved.

Kelly has a racketeering and sex trafficking (2021) and child pornography (2022) conviction.
His team concentrates on his personal situation hospitalization and purported threats in jails and does not make remarks about Joycelyn

Joycelyn Savage, who was Kelly fiance and supposed victim, has not been reported.
Her family wishes she is well but wants to make contact with her

A judge will take into account the request of Kelly to stay at home.
However, until the whereabouts of Joycelyn is established, a pardon appears impossible.
