Things Nigerians worry about mean nothing abroad, social media personality Bobrisky comments on new life overseas.
The controversial figure recently explained that worries dominating public discourse at home no longer carry weight in their adopted country.
According to Bobrisky, Nigerians treat them like a queen even after moving abroad but life abroad is void of the public scrutiny and daily controversies they were used to back home
Initially praised for the support received from Nigerians, Bobrisky admitted that overseas, “nobody cares” about fame or past drama.
In Nigeria, the same controversies fueled engagement and attention, but abroad they feel invisible free to focus on their wellbeing instead of public opinion.

Bobrisky also discussed how relocation was essential for mental and emotional health. Navigating public scandals, arrest, prison, and legal drama, she decided to prioritize sanity over spectacle.
The move abroad offers respite from constant judgment and gives space to breathe
While Nigerians poured in gifts and attention, including millions of naira during prison support, Bobrisky says such gestures did little to ease pressures.
