It would be recalled that the car crash occured on Sunday,  December 14, 2025, while livestreaming on the Lekki‑Epe Expressway in Lagos.

According to unconfirmed reports, Peller attempted to commit suicide over alleged relationship issues with Jarvis.‎

According to Jarvis, Peller ended their relationship while blaming herself for not taking a video as proof to defend herself in the current situation.‎

In the now‑viral video , Jarvis disclosed that Peller suggested a ‘contract’ relationship, which left her annoyed.

According to Jarvis, the contract stipulated that if they broke up, the split wouldn’t be announced online, and the agreement would be sent to her by Samuel Banks’ lawyer.

He said he would not take my videos down from his page.

The real breakup will happen offline and we will be pretending online. I was so angry”, She stated.

It’s worth noting that Peller and Jarvis’s relationship caused a stir online, and the duo made headlines for their appearances at notable events.

Meanwhile, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has launched an investigation into Peller’s car crash.

The commission ordered the Lagos command to begin prosecution against Peller for reckless driving, using a phone while driving, and distracted driving.
