During his recovery, he encountered online rumors alleging that Combs had orchestrated his health crisis.

Foxx firmly denied these claims, stating, “No, Puffy didn’t try to kill me,” during The Hollywood Reporter’s Stand-Up Comedy Roundtable.

He also humorously addressed other conspiracy theories, including one suggesting he had been cloned.

Foxx recounted reading these rumors while hospitalized, leading to a comedic exchange with his psychiatrist about being “all white” instead of “all right.”

In his Netflix special, What Had Happened Was…, Foxx continued to use humor to debunk these theories, joking about leaving Combs’ parties early due to discomfort.

These discussions come amid Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking trial, where he faces serious allegations, including organizing drug-fueled parties and assault.
