Grammy award-winning Nigerian superstar singer, Burna Boy created a lighthearted moment during his concert in Denver last night when he spotted a fan and his girlfriend fast asleep in the audience.
The singer paused his performance to jokingly call them out, telling the fan to “take her home” since they were missing out on the energy of the show.
In a viral video currently making the rounds online, the ‘Last Last’ hitmaker paused his set and directed his attention to a couple near the front of the stage.
Burna Boy demanded the male fan take his girlfriend home, stating that they were distracting him with their lack of enthusiasm.
He said:
“When I stand up here and see you over there with your girl sleeping in the front of me, it pisses me the fk up.
So, please, take her the fk home… Walahi I’m not performing another song till you go home.”
The couple who initially seemed reluctant to leave eventually left after fans kept chanting for them to exit after Burna Boy refused to continue the show
