The FCT High Court in Life Camp, Abuja, has rescheduled the trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, in an assault and battery case to April 8, 2026.

Both parties’ lawyers, Uchenna Ojembe for the claimant and Taiwo Akinsulie for the defendant, were present in court; however, ongoing renovations in the courtroom led to the adjournment.

The legal teams agreed on a new date that works for everyone to ensure the trial can proceed smoothly.

According to reports from the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the case was brought by Nigerian musician Ogbogiri Okey Levi, known professionally as Kraziecent.

He filed the lawsuit against Odumodublvck, alleging that the rapper physically attacked him during a public event in December 2024.

Kraziecent claimed that while he was taking photos and videos at the event, Odumodublvck allegedly assaulted him without provocation.

The musician stated that the incident caused him emotional distress and resulted in damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max.

In addition to seeking compensation for his medical expenses, Kraziecent is requesting that Odumodublvck pay N2 billion in damages.

He has also asked the court to compel the rapper to issue a public apology via all his social media accounts and in two national newspapers, among other demands outlined in the lawsuit.
