Sadly, his strength and conditioning coach, Sina Ghami, and his personal trainer, Latif “Latz” Ayodele, died instantly at the scene.

Reflecting on the loss in the six-minute clip, Joshua spoke candidly about life and mortality.

“One day my time will come, and I’m not scared at all,” he said.

“It’s comforting knowing I’ve got two brothers on the other side. I’ve lost people before, but not like this my left and my right.”

He also acknowledged the deep pain felt beyond himself, noting that the tragedy affected families, friends, and loved ones who depended on the two men.

“Their parents, relatives, friends, and I lost two incredible people who were central to our lives. It’s tough really tough,” he added.

Meanwhile, legal action has commenced as the driver of the Lexus SUV involved in the crash, 46-year-old Adeniyi Kayode, faces four charges, including causing death by dangerous driving.

Despite the emotional toll, Joshua has resumed training, sharing a Snapchat video of himself working on the pads with the caption “mental strength therapy.”

The boxer also extended appreciation to those who stood by him during the ordeal, thanking medical staff at Lagoon Hospital, Ikoyi, as well as President Bola Tinubu, Femi Otedola, Aliko Dangote, Senator Daisy Danjuma, Inspector-General of Police Kayode Egbetokun, and the governors of Lagos and Ogun states.
