South African Record Producer Black Coffee

South African Record Producer Black Coffee defends ex-wife Enhle Mbali against online trolls, addressing comparisons with girlfriend Victoria Gonzalez.

Grammy-winning DJ Black Coffee has publicly defended his ex-wife, actress Enhle Mbali, after social media users began trolling her in comparison to his current girlfriend, Argentinian model Victoria Gonzalez.

The backlash started when fans circulated side-by-side photos of the two women, sparking debates about their appearances and relationships with the South African music icon.

Black Coffee swiftly intervened, posting a stern message: “Stop the nonsense. Enhle is the mother of my children—disrespect won’t be tolerated.”

Enhle Mbali and Black Coffee, who divorced in 2019 after eight years of marriage, share two children.

Despite their split, they’ve maintained a cordial co-parenting relationship.

Meanwhile, his romance with Gonzalez has been a topic of public fascination since 2023.

This isn’t the first time the DJ has addressed online toxicity.

Last year, he called out fans for body-shaming Gonzalez, proving he’s protective of both women in his life.

Social media reactions remain divided—some applaud his stance, while others argue celebrity relationships invite public scrutiny.

Regardless, Black Coffee’s message is clear: “Respect is non-negotiable.”
