Diddy Trial: Ex-assistant ‘Mia’ alleges Sean Combs tracked Cassie’s car and engaged in abusive conduct, as detailed in court testimony.
Diddy Trial proceedings have unveiled startling claims from a former assistant, shedding light on Sean Combs’ alleged surveillance and abusive actions.
In the fourth week of the federal trial, a woman identified as ‘Mia’ testified that Combs installed tracking devices on ex-partner Cassie Ventura’s car and frequently confiscated their phones.
She stated, “He has stolen my phone many times, he has stolen Cassie’s phone many times, he has put tracking devices on her car.”
Mia, who worked for Combs between 2009 and 2017, also recounted instances of physical abuse.
She alleged that Combs once threw a computer at her head and slammed Ventura’s head into a bed frame.
These incidents, she claimed, were part of a broader pattern of control and intimidation.
The assistant further described a dramatic escape with Ventura in Turks and Caicos, where they allegedly fled by paddleboarding out to sea to avoid Combs’ wrath.
This claim was met with skepticism by the defense due to a lack of documentation.
Additionally, hotel manager Sylvia Oken testified that Combs used aliases like ‘Frank Black’ and ‘Phillip Pines’ when checking into the Beverly Hills Hotel.
She noted unusual charges for cleaning oil damage, suggesting activities beyond typical guest behavior.
Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has dismissed the prosecution’s case as unjust, emphasizing Combs’ cooperation with the investigation and his contributions as a music icon and philanthropist.
