Ghanaian singer-songwriter Jackline Acheampong, popularly known as Gyakie, has been honored by Forbes Africa as one of its 30 Under 30 Class of 2025.

This recognition celebrates her significant contributions to the music industry and her rising influence across the continent.

Gyakie, renowned for her Afro-fusion and R\&B sound, gained widespread acclaim with her hit single “Forever” from the 2020 EP Seed.

The song topped charts in Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya, and its remix featuring Nigerian artist Omah Lay further expanded her reach.

Her subsequent EP, My Diary, released in 2022, included collaborations with artists like Davido.
