The project develops better customer experiences while maintaining cash service access at each of its 182 Irish locations.
The investment funds will install advanced ATMs in each branch that enable cash recycling technology which reuses deposited funds for withdrawal purposes.
The machines achieve a scheduled energy consumption reduction exceeding 50% to fulfill sustainability requirements of the bank.
The bank has planned both ATM modernization and 18 branch remodelling projects for this current year.
The branch refit strategy will touch 18 locations including Stillorgan and Terenure and Malahide and Ranelagh and Blackrock and Coolock in Dublin as well as Castlecomer in Kilkenny and Birr in Offaly and Scariff in Clare and Bandon and Douglas in Cork and Killarney in Kerry and Lisduggan in Waterford and Falcarragh in Donegal and Gort and Mainguard Street in Galway and Belmullet and Westport in Mayo.
